As a pharmacist and commercial investor charged with the safety of customers and employees, Wolnerman was interested in the Science-Proven Microbial Control® program provided by SPMC, LLC. Understanding that data-driven research and science-proven surface protection would not only protect those he did business with, but also offer protection on his assets and reduce costs of upkeep long into the future, Wolnerman decided to ask the SPMC team to demonstrate their surface protection program on one of the busiest pieces of equipment in the city, one of his many ATMs located in the Downtown area.

“As a pharmacist, I believe there’s contamination on all machines,” said Wolnerman. “The thing I think can be beneficial is {being able to} avoid that bacteria or growths on the machine that you don’t see.”

With that goal in mind, testing with Science-Proven Microbial Control® began in early May, and with baseline data points set and treatments made, the follow up testing was to show, with scientific data, the benefits of the SPMC program.

Watch the video below and see the full test, treatment, and 30-day tracking results on one of the highest touchpoints in the city.

SAFETY WITH DATA: After baseline testing showed an RLU (Relative Light Unit – used to measure the level of cleanliness of an environmental surface) count exceeding 500, the 30-day tracking test showed a significant reduction to less than 10% (44 RLU) of the original measurement. This data proved the efficacy and protection provided through the SPMC program.

“The data is very important,” said Wolnerman, after the initial baseline test was made. “I think the SPMC product is vastly different from others out there today.”

Through science and data, the SPMC, LLC team is working to bring the highest levels of disinfection and surface protection to a market that, since the pandemic, is hungry for solutions that truly work. Though testing and a diligent focus on data, the Science-Proven Microbial Control® program shows it can be the perfect solution for those looking for protection.
