Chris has 25+ years’ consulting in the facility services industry, is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences such BSCAI and ISSA/INTERCLEAN and publishes a widely read facility service blog.
Revenue-IQ consults with the largest janitorial and security contractors in North America for technical RFPs, presentation decks, and sales proposals. Clients include ABM, Compass, C&W Services, GDI Integrated Facility Services, REEF Technologies, and Securitas.
Prior to founding Revenue-IQ, Chris was the VP of sales and marketing at ABM. Chris has a master’s degree in management and a thesis on service quality.
STEPHEN ASHKIN
CEO and President, The Ashkin Group
Steve is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and a leader of the Green Cleaning Movement where he is called the “Father of Green Cleaning.” In addition to serving as president of The Ashkin Group — a consulting firm focused on “greening” the cleaning industry — he is the executive director of the Green Cleaning Network, co-founder of Green Cleaning University and CEO of Sustainability Dashboard Tools, LLC.
He has considerable experience working throughout the entire supply chain and works extensively with market influencers such as environmental and health advocates, labor unions, media, governments, policymakers and standard setters.
NICHOLE BENGE
Vice President Finance, Heritage Building Maintenance
Nichole is a member of Heritage Building Maintenance’s leadership team. Heritage is a health-centric company providing innovative building maintenance services throughout the Midwest.
Nichole oversees the financial strategies, compliance, and due diligence issues for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for the implementation of infrastructure and financial systems to maximize the company’s profits and plan for its growth.

Throughout his career, John has been a leading voice for incorporating strategies for energy efficiency, green product use, and the implementation of eco-friendly best practices.
John is a CPM Emeritus – an honor awarded to those who have been a CPM for at least 25 years and have made outstanding contributions to IREM.
DAVID W. HEWETT
Executive Managing Director, Management Services, Olive Real Estate Group, Inc.
Dave has more than 40 years’ experience in commercial real estate, development and management and currently leads the property services team at Olive Real Estate Group, the recognized leader in the Southern Colorado Commercial Real Estate marketplace.
He’s managed operating and capital budgets in excess of $100 million annually and has been responsible for building operations, construction, corporate real estate, brokerage, development, and strategic planning services.
Dave was one of the first ten people to be named a BOMA International Fellow and is often described as “Mr. BOMA.”
